Hi I want to insert a variable object in the vpe path that sets the password to 1 or 0... please guide me how to do this

You haven't explained the problem you're trying to solve. Please provide more a lot more detail

Your question is quite vague. Also no description of your scenario. It's a bit strange that you want to hard set a password in the VPE. Assuming your talking about the default password variable from a Logon page... you could do a Variable Assign on session.logon.last.password
