How to get the one particular node is enabled or disabled using command line.

Try this:

tmsh list ltm pool local-pool members { 10.70.0.2:http { session } }

It will report something similar to this:

ltm pool local-pool {
    members {
        10.70.0.2:http {
            session user-disabled
        }
    }
}

user1@masterlTM***(Active)(tmos.ltm) show node 100.100.100.100

 

tm::Node: 100.100.100.100

Status Availability : unknown State : disabled Reason : Node address does not have service checking enabled
