How to get template name of an iApp application from iControl on v11.2

Hi I am looking for a solution to get the template name (in order to set it in a Control.Management.ApplicationService.modify) on LTM v 11.2. I see that a Control.Management.pplicationService.get_template is available from 11.4, but how can I do that without this method.

If there is not a solution, I don't undersdant how anybody can use Control.Management.ApplicationService.modify on v11.2.
