Can anyone please help me to find out the root certificate of F5 IDP server in Base64 Encoded X.509 format?

System > File Management: SSL Certificate List > then look at the Issuer section. Or export the certificate and open the file. Look on the Certification Path tab, it lists CA hierarchy.

@Eatsman, Thanks for your reply. But I could see issuer is self for all the certificates in SSLCertificate List. Are you asking what SSL cert the SAML IdP uses to sign SAML responses? Are you asking what SSL certificate the bigip is using for High Availability pair communication?
