How to enforce the following load balancing strategy in an LTM pool?

Hello

 

I have configured a pool with two nodes with appropriate health check and would like to apply the following Load balancing strategy: Always hit a certain node and only when its health check is reporting it down try the second one, otherwise always persist with the first one.

 

I was looking at the ratio option but not sure it ensure this ?

 

Any thoughts and ideas ?
