Hi all, i want to disable open relay from internal vlan which users on internal vlan can use open relay on virtual server that has pool of exchange servers .

If I understood your requirement, you want to restrict the traffic for the VS for internal vlan. You can modify the vlan for this particular VS alone and see how it works out.
