How to copy languages from access policy to another.

We are having this problem that we need to use custom language in our access policies and we have to modify the language settings per policy. Is there any chance of making a new template to Factory Builtin Languages or can we copy those custom text's from access policy to another? It's fustrating to copy those text's field by field from access policy to another in Access Policy >> Customization : General, Text tab. I tried to look up for an answer here at devcentral but no luck so far.
