how to copy image from primary to secondary BIG IP

I am trying to copy image from primary to standby BIG IP . current version we are running is :BIG-IP 11.4.1 Build 647.0 Hotfix HF4 . Please provide me the commands to copy the image over.

use scp at the command-line

from tmsh:

run util bash

scp /shared/images/Hotfix-BIGIP-11.4.1-681.0-HF8.iso @:/shared/images/
