How to check the support id.
Hi Guys,
I am new for F5. Dome times users can able to access our clients network from outside. User provides us a support id. Now my query is how to check this support id in LTM and allow that ...

You need to go into Security > Application Security > Reporting > Request. There should be a field towards the bottom that allows you to search for the support ID. Allowing the traffic will depend on what violation it is tripping.

Like I said in my first post that will depend on what violation is being triggered. So you will need to note why the request was blocked in order to continue forward.
One way to do things would be to go to Security > Application Security > Policy Building > Manual > Traffic Learning
At the top under Current Edited Policy drop down and select the policy you want to work in if it is not already selected.
The screen should not display all the violation types, click on the violation that you noted when selecting the support ID. You will then see more details. From here it all depends on what was blocked on what you select next. There are also manual ways to build whatever is blocked into the policy but again it would depend on the details of the block.
Based upon the questions you are asking I would suggest you read through the Configuration guide for ASM, this is the one for 11.4.1 you may want to search for the version you are running to be accurate.
