How to check CPU temperature on i2x00 series device?

How can I query CPU temperature? I've read through BIG-IP mib files and tried snmpwalk but it seems that CPU temperature info is not available on this device. I'm getting only following info when que...

The sysCpu OID has been deprecated. Try probing sysCpuSensorTemperature instead.
