How to changing active ip address on ftp packet

Hi guys I need your help ! 

 

How to changing active ip address on ftp packet

now I configured source nat on virtual server but, active ip address does not changing on packet 

so, server tried send ftp data information to active ip address, but couldn't established connection. how to changing active ip address on ftp environment ?
