Try this:

when HTTP_REQUEST {
     I don't believe you need the SSL::disable command
    SSL::disable

    if { [string tolower [HTTP::host]] equals "abc.com" } {
        if { ( [string tolower [HTTP::uri]] contains "cvapweb" ) and ( [string tolower [HTTP::uri]] contains "documents" ) } {
            pool abc_9090
        } else {
            pool abc_8080
        }
    } else {
         what to do if the host isn't "abc.com"?
    }
}
