- Brad_ParkerLooks like you originally installed the "trial" version. It can not be upgraded as it is neutered. You will need to down the the actual ova from downloads.f5.com. If you don't have an account you can create one with your newly purchased key.

You will have to choose which HyperVisor version you want.

- satish_txt_2254I have seen two version in download page BIGIP-12.0.0.0.0.606.ALL-scsi.ova BIGIP-12.0.0.0.0.606.LTM-scsi.ova What is the different between them? what does "all" means?
- Brad_ParkerLTM only has LTM. ALL allows all modules to be provisioned. Go with ALL.
