NimbostratusYes i have configured same thing in one of my setup. its like and request check all the monitor (you can also assign no of monitor should be up ). In my case we have to configure with or if first assign monitor is up then pool is also and no need to check rest configure monitor to the pool with OR request.I think we have configure with external monitor with own script

Yes, if you would like to only check further if the first monitor fails you'll need an external monitor.
