How long time have syn cookie value ?

Hi guys 

 

I need your help!

 

 

 

F5 have hardware syn cookie value holding time ? 

 

f5 display this log : Syncookie counter 3000 exceeded vip threshold 2999 for virtual

 

 

 

but I can't find relate to syn cookie table holding time
