how limited am i without bash
So i am pretty new to maintaining f5 devices as our previous engineer departed. when reading on how to configure or troubleshoot something f5 normally references a folder path to view app versions or config files. we are running in appliance mode which disables bash so i cannot cd through tje root folder structure to any of these locations. are there ways around this from tmos? we think we are having problems with gtm sync and i cannot navigate to any locations referenced throughout the documentation online. thanks

As far as I know there is no way to access bash when the box is running in appliance mode. A reinstall is needed to get the box running in non-appliance mode again.

Greetings,
You could manage this from the UI. Essentially, each device in the sync group's device certificate must exist in the Trusted Device Certificate and the Trusted Server Certificate. You can restart gtmd and big3d from the UI too. Necessary if you make any changes. All of the details should be in here:

Relevant log info is here:

Hope this is helpful!
