How do you allow ANY traffic for a URL?

I want to allow any type of traffic going through URI /abc/xyz on our policy.   I have no iRule experience, so how can we make sure none of that traffic is being blocked without creating an iRule?...

Be default, the traffic is allowed to go to the default pool configured for the Virtual Server without any configuration change requirement.
