How do I license a Linerate standby system?
- Oct 15, 2015
Hello Dan,
From your message it appears you have been able to successfully activate the Active LineRate system (similar to Activating a Purchased License in the docs) but are having issues getting the Backup LineRate activated.
Each LineRate system operating requires its own unique RegKey. Purchased licenses include two of these RegKeys to allow your Active and Standby systems to operate properly. Take a look at the information sent with your purchase to find these RegKeys. If something doesn't appear correct, let us know and we can investigate further.

Ah, I mostly ignored those emails as I had already registered the system and had only needed to purchase the subscription. The second regkey was in the email and it's now registered. Thanks for you quick reply. - Andrew_Ragone_2Oct 15, 2015Historic F5 AccountNot a problem. Glad we could get you up and running quickly!
