How do I create a traffic log for two different route domains?

have you tried with rdexec?

If EEE has route domain ID 1 and III has ID 2 you can run for example:

rdexec 1 tcpdump -nni external_vlan host virtual_server_E_vs_IP
rdexec 2 tcpdump -nni internal_vlan host domain_I_vs_IP
