How do I configure an F5 LTM VE Lab on my Laptop and drive traffic to it to generate logs?

The key thing here is VMware Fusion networking is neither intuitive or helpful. You need to look at the networking file in /Library/Preferences/VMWare Fusion directory. This contains the networks and there subnet settings. If you need to add more then replicate what is there and add your own. Make sure Fusion is not running when you edit this file
- Kevin_Davies_40Jun 25, 2014NacreousYour laptop is .1 and the F5 will be what ever you set it. I usually use .10. If you want outgoing access set the NAT option as yes and the gateway address for your F5 will be .2 in that network. Note you can only have one NAT enabled interface.
