How can I exit from > mode in BIG-IP

I arrived the attached picture mode in BIG-IP. How can I exit from this > mode to normal config mode? And than could you please explain why I reached this mode and How did I get into it?

    Not necessarily the right answer but just in case, check that your disk is not full by using "df -h" command as when some partitions are full you may encounter weird behavior with the cli
