How can I enable global LLDP via command line?

Hello,   I am installing new boxes and don't have access to the GUI. How can I enable LLDP via tmsh? I imagine I can then hop on Cisco switches and validate F5's are properly cabled and connected....

I see it still disabled.. what is the actual cmd to enable lldp globaly?
