Hotmail id and yohoo id Blacklisted

 

Dear support

 

My yahoo and hotmail address is not delivering to the receptiant from our mail server. Below mentioned the error message.

 

 

bay0-mc3-f1.bay0.hotmail.com 550 DY-001 Mail rejected by Windows Live Hotmail for policy reasons. We generally do not accept email from dynamic IP's as they are not typically used to deliver unauthenticated SMTP e-mail to an Internet mail server. http://www.spamhaus.org maintains lists of dynamic and residential IP addresses. If you are not an email/network admin please contact your E-mail/Internet Service Provider for help. Email/network admins, please visit http://postmaster.live.com for email delivery information and support

    Hi Franko,

     

     

    It sounds like the last outbound network device which is performing source address translation is using an IP address that spamhaus.org reports as a dynamic IP address. To reduce spam, most big mail providers won't accept connections from dynamic IP addresses. For more info on this, you can check the spamhause site (http://www.spamhaus.org/pbl/). If you need to change your BIG-IP configuration to use a new IP address and want help with that, let us know.
