Host health monitor with UDP + ICMP

As per above case, I would recommend you to add two monitor in pool to check the pool status. While adding monitor to pool, Go go to advance setting(

Configuration
) and apply minimum 2 Monitors.

It will check both monitor. if any one fails, LB will make pool member down. Hope it will help you..
