With iRules and host header removal, is it really an all or nothing?
Has anyone gone through with a data group list to exempt specific headers, or is it an all or nothing with removing in a match case scenario?
If I include exemptions within the Host Header would I risk messing with the HTTP Response if I do not specify the proper Host Header?

You can remove specific headers

You can also use a table variable to gather all headers keys (name-value) and use them as you prefer.
