Host flapping

Hello,

 

 

Anyone ever come across a dynamic solution for host flapping?

 

 

We currently have a 3dns(4.5.12) and bigip ltm (9.1.1) and was wondering if there are any ideas on how to manage host flapping, other then a "manual resume" configuration on the 3dns? Something that could take a host out of rotation for a certain amount of time and then place it back in.
