Host based LB'ing across pool members.

Thanks jsabe for the code snip, it looks good I'll try it out an see how we get on. I have two slight concerns though, each 'big hitter' client will have multiple connections from each IP, so I'm not sure what the client to backend split will look like and what happens when one of the nodes is unavailable? - we use iControl to offline members of the pool in the event of application issues or failures?
