Hi,
I don't believe this type of periodic status report is logged. I've only seen logs for when certain states change or certain conditions are met.
What I've started doing is collecting the data myself via scheduled task / chron job, and pulling the current connection count from the pool member stats for each pool member. I'm doing it via PowerShell, so if you're interested in seeing a snippet, please let me know.
Thanks, Joel

From version 12.1.x, I believe you have the TCP Analytics Profile (If Application Visbility and Reporting is provisioned). Once you have created and attached a TCP Analytics profile to a virtual, it begins to store and track the data that enables this kind of reporting. It can store the data both locally and externally.

In older versions, you probably have to implement some sort of SNMP based external monitoring.
Nice! Yet another reason to upgrade to 12.1.

I have heard that the LB stores the logs only for a week unless we specify the time. Is it true ? I want to know when a server was added to the particular Pool ?
