High CPU alert from LTM running on Viprion Chassis also has asm Enabled.

I have an issue everyday around 04:37 GMT I get an alert from LTM running on a Viprion chassis. For HIGH CPU, by the time I login to the device to check the CPU it has come down to 12-13%.

In one of the old thread I saw someone mentioned this could be due to scheduled SYNC between the device and since this box also has ASM running on it it could be related to that as it uses JAVA as well to SYNC.
