Here is an error log trying to connect to PPTP can anyone make sense of it
this is the error I'm now getting trying to connect to my PPTP VPN from windows:
6 resource (x.x.60.40) is online but isn't responding to connection attempts. Detected Detected
The remote computer isn’t responding to connections on port 1723, possibly due to firewall or security policy
So I have it listening which is good! what could I check to see why it isn't connecting?

i think you may have to capture packet to see what wrong is.
e.g.
tcpdump -nni 0.0:nnnp -s0 -w /var/tmp/output.pcap host x.x.x.x -v x.x.x.x is client ip

by client/host do you mean my pc since the BIGIP is listening?
