Help with Pool Assignment Issue

Hello forum..

 

I'm hoping someone can point me in the right direction to get some data to troubleshoot an issue with a Pool Assignment. I have set up a flow in Visual Policy Editor that looks for the Citrix Receiver app (for use with iPad), authenticates & then assigns a Pool (with Citrix web interface servers).

 

I can see that everything in the flow completes when looking at the APM report, but I know that no traffic is actually being sent to the node in the pool (note: to assist troubleshooting, I removed the second node from the pool so that I can isolate one Citrix server).

 

I have run a tcpdump for the node, and I can see that no traffic is being sent to the citrix server from the bigip at all.

 

Any ideas as to how I can set some logging or anything like that to see why the pool assignment isn't working? (note that the client device is an iPad which using a Citrix Receiver App so it won't show the regular APM message boxes)

 

A couple of points:

 

1.) I have the exact setup working on my development environment fine, so I know it "should" work

 

2.) This is being set up on my prod environment now which is 11.3.0

 

Any points in the right direction would be greatly appreciated.
