Help with Exchange 2010 monitors

I have been trying to get the built in exchange monitors to work but have no luck doing it. After searching the net for a while I found the below link on the exchange monitors. I was able to get the outlook web access monitor but unable to get the active sync or outlook anywhere to work. Has anyone else had any success getting these to work? Thanks
