how can we disable both hardware and software Syn cookie for a virtual server, we are using 11.5.1.6.0.159.0

Dear,
As per this Article, https://support.f5.com/csp/article/K14805 you can disable both Hardware and Software syn cokie protection for FastL4 profile. However, if you use TCP profile for your VS, i doubt that you can disable only the Hardware Syn Cookie protection.
