Help Convert a Cisco ACE probe to a F5 Monitor

I have probe from a Cisco ACE Load Balancer that I am trying to convert to an F5 Monitor. I understand the interval, faildetect, etc. I don't understand the syntax for the "send string" portion of the monitor.

I've tried the following with no luck: GET /photos/amazing/homeusers/tester.jsp HTTP/1.1\r\nHost: first.domain.com
