Health Monitors - format of output data

I have question about Health Monitors output through API.

 

What is exact syntax (format) of returned message? Which parts are static/dynamic? Which variables are mandatory/optional? What are ranges of variables? Are there differences between versions of device? (12.0, 11.6, below)

 

More detailed information are better.

 

Example of message for command: GET https:///mgmt/tm/ltm/monitor/icmp/~Common~icmp/stats?expandSubcollections=true

 

Result: LTM::Monitor /Common/icmp

Destination: 10.199.10.12:0 State time: up for 17hrs:46mins:32sec | Last error: N/A @2015.09.08 04:47:58
