Health monitor state after rebooting a device that was forced offline

Hi, today I updated some BIG-IPs to 11.6.0HF6 and noticed that when a device is forced offline and gets rebooted into HF6 all health monitors will remain in an UNKNOWN state, even after restarting the bigd. Is this a new behavior?

 

Usually when updating BIG-IPs we try to verify that all poolmembers, nodes are in a healthy state before releasing the device from offline to prevent unexpected failover actions.

 

In combination with the bug mentioned in [1] this really hit us today :(
