CirrocumulusIf it failed a health check the member will be marked as down, and will not receive traffic.
If it passes the first health check and is still within the 16 second timeout of the second, but is going to fail, it will receive traffic until the timeout fails and the member is marked as down.

NimbostratusNo sorry, what I want to know is if the first health did not get a response, it will the F5 still send traffic to that pool member until it reach the time-out value and hence mark the pool member down
