In the health monitors you have 2 fields called Alias Address and Alias Service Port. if you set the Alias Service port to 800 and apply it to the nodes, then it will monitor port 800 even though you are load balancing port 80. You can also monitor port 800 and 80 with separate monitors in the same pool.
