Health monitor email when node disabled

We have been having some servers be marked offline and woudl like to know immediately when this happens.     Is there a way to add an email alert to the heatlth monitor so we can be emailed ...

The email did not fire when i rebooted the server, but it definitely showed down in the log.. sorry for the confusion hope that helps
