Health Monitor and TCP profiles.
Does a TCP profile assigned to a VIP have any effect on how the health monitor of the VIP's pool is run?
According to "https://devcentral.f5.com/articles/monitoring-tcp-applications-01.U1SmEI_YN1U", tcp and tcp_half_open are of different types, ECV and EAV. It appears that since ECV is internal to TMM, a tcp monitor is under the effect of the server-side tcp profile assigned to the VIP for that pool.
Can anybody clarify this?

i have no document but i do not think so since health monitor is performed by bigd through linux host tcp stack. also, a pool can be assigned to multiple virtual servers.
just my 2 cents.
