health check w/ Host Header per Node

We are balancing azure web apps with bound Ips. Its not enough to hit the IP. We have to also send a host header to each webapp. Each one is currently a node in a pool. How do i send a https health check to each node where i specify the host header needed for that node?

    create one health check per hostname and configure pool members to use "member specific" health monitor.
