Hardcoding hostname with APM portal access

we have LTM/APM setup, one VS is only accessible through a host name, e.g sales.example.com and it is not accessible through an IP address and that is as per the web design (host name hard-coded)

 

LTM VS is accessible internally by name only and working fine. when it comes to APM portal access the same published VS was added to an access profile and it is not working. client is expecting the response to be from https://sales.example.com but due to url decoding at APM the response is rejected.

 

could you please advise how we can solve this issue.
