HA Sync Error in F5 VE 12.1 How can license be same on both devices ?

Hi, I have lab setup in VmWare.. I am getting error "Modifying license.maxcores other than 2 Not Allowed Error" when initiating sync between 2 HA devices. Now as per release notes 616059-2, license should be same on both devices if used in VE. How can license be same on both devices ? or If I am missing something here, Please suggest
