HA issue

Hello,

I have two devices in HA status and they are as follows

Then for some reason I had to delete mgmt_IP, but after that, the HA status became strange as follows
And there is no way to do active/standby conversion...

I found that I had to let one device have mgmt_ip so that the state could be restored

What is the mechanism that causes these situations?
Any help is appreciate.

  • Hi,

Check, but maybe you set only management interface in Failover Unicast Configuration ? (Device Management ›› Devices › Failover Unicast Configuration )

    regards

      Hi CA_Valli,

      Original : Michael_01 (standby/have mgmt_ip) / Michael_02 (active/none mgmt_ip)
      17:41:17 -- delete Michael_01 mgmt_ip
17:42:58 -- Michael_02 want to change to standby

I checked it out and came up with the following log:
      Michael_01:

      Michael_02:
