HA Group not handing over- score always 0

I have a similar problem as this one. My score of HA group is always 0   https://devcentral.f5.com/questions/ha-group-score-always-0-problem-solved-46182   but the answer is removed from this.....

Can you provide your HA Group's configuration as well as output to a tmsh show /sys ha-group detail command, please?
