Can you share the status of the pool member Virtual Servers you have assigned to the Wide IP?

The default if all pool members is to fall back (

Return to DNS
) to the internal BIND DNS which will reply with multiple records if you have multiple pool member Virtual Servers configured.

You can change this behavior by changing the secondary and/or fall back methods to 

Fallback IP
and setting the IP or 
None
to not give any reply at all.
