GTM w/o BIND and NS Records

Oh, and for what it's worth, it is not legal for a hostname that has an associated CNAME RR to have any other RRs (except those relating to DNSSEC) associated with it. See rfc2181 section 10.1, so I'm guessing you've hit on the right underlying cause.
