NimbostratusGTM Wild Card Listeners
On the GTM platform, if a DNS request is received and there exists a Local Listener and a Wild Card Listener, How does the GTM know where to forward the traffic to if the destination DNS server is not specified? does the DNS traffic simply get black holed?
(This probably never happens in prod, but I am just curious.)

- Local Listener
- Wild Card Listener
- External DNS Listener
