GTM: Topology Example

Hi, I have the following example, two records as below at WideIP example.com, when I dig at "example.com" from 10.11.70.207, I was expecting to get only Pool_1 as answer, but I got round robin bet...

Can you please, provide a bit more information on the WIP load balancing algorithm ? I am guessing it is topology based - right ? Any other settings that can influence decision making ?
