GTM showing Generic Host type Server as UP when it is actually DOWN

The monitor I'm using is TCP on port 8181, so not PING.

    Any reason not to use a BigIP monitor of your virtual server from GTM?

    Actually, no...no reason at all :-) I just thought that I'd have to do a TCP monitor, but perhaps not. I'll give that try. Thanks.
